You know, this is so true!

But being an empath and sensitive soul, our mind can mislead us to into believing that, saying NO means, we're not good persons. Or that, that the person might think we don't care about them.

However, thanks to ideas like these, and also the passing of time, we get to understand that, putting ourselves last, sometimes, isn't heroic. It's its own problem.

So I like how you clearly stated the difference here. And it's also something I've learned to implement in my life in recent years.

And I can say, it really is more peaceful when we learn to say NO, sometimes.
