When I get angry, i lose all sense of sanity and rationality.
It's been an eye opening journey, as I explore every feeling emoting from within me.
In feel what has helped me a lot, are;
1. I have embraced the fact that when i am angry, i do not hate the person in front of me, or whoever caused it, even though it may feel that way at the moment.
2. I actually can talk and communicate nicely and respectfully even when am enraged.
These has really helped me better manage those moments. It is a practice though, and sometimes i fail, but most times when i do them, they are moments am most proud of myself. And having a partner who understand these things is a huge help too.
