We’ve all been there. Maybe not everyone, but most of us have been there—we’ve played the fool. Wasted valuable time and resources on assholes.

That’s why I understand where you’re coming from and why your new stance. However, think about something, you wouldn’t play the role of a wife to anyone you date until they make you a wife—how then does the man knows you’re wifey if you don’t show it?

I do get your point. But just think about that for a moment. There are signs men look for, to go; “it’s certainly her.”

And I’m talking about responsible men of course willing to settle down.

Maybe, we just gotta put ourselves out there again, still play the role that shows our intentions, but do it carefully. And like you said, put our nose, eyes and ears out for red flags. And if anything seem otherwise, get the hell out ASAP.
