I mean, of course, you’re right, when you really think about it.

This may be my religious disposition speaking, but even intellectually, when you look at earth, she has a system I’ll call cycles. That is, it was designed to have processes or cycles of self-regeneration.

Like the water cycle. The cycle of life.

Maybe the earth’s rotation symbolises this very fact. For that which rotates continually forms a circle.. and a circle never ends. So despite the unfortunate actions our ignorance may inflict upon the earth, the earth, perhaps was designed to be able to take it all, whilst being faithful in giving us nothing but life and opportunity.
