John that’s something we all ignore sometimes. Stereotypes doesn’t knock on our door one day and ask themselves in. Rather it creeps in subconsciously. And we begin to house these opinions and images of others, as we slowly begin to treat them a certain way.

The good news is, conversations like this draws our attention to what we may not know we have.
