When I read your story, I relate with it a lot. Because from my own experience, and reading yours as well, I’ve noticed that most bosses do not have the ability to recognize, appreciate and respect a good worker.

They do not know that there are people who are genuinely good and would give more to a job than what they’re being paid.

Unfortunately, most bosses are simply too blind to see that and treat good workers like shit.
