It’s interesting how what blocks us from being our true self comes from within – the ego!

I think everyday of my life has been to silence that ego self, that seeks to stop me from building connection through vulnerability. Or that seeks to make me believe someone’s happiness somehow, dims mine.

The ego indeed is the enemy!
