I’d thought I’d read a few lines then return it finish it, but each word pulled me in, until I could do nothing but read every single word you’ve written.

And I was going to point the blame on this one and that one, but in the end, I realised, like your father and mother, we’re all broken in some ways. It’s not an excuse. But sometimes, I hope we can say, it’s not okay, but I understand.

I hope life’s better for you and your siblings. And may your parents continue to rest on.
