I think there are some truth to your point.
Men and women express love differently.
Women are more direct and expressive. Men are more indirect in expressing their love.
It’s in subtle things like, happiness and peace which give them more energy and drive to kill it at their jobs and increase productivity.

The more a man feels love and happiness, the more his productivity goes up.
