I see where you’re coming from. And I totally agree with you.

Over the years, I’ve learned to streamline the companies and organization I deal with, with two simple things.

1. Quality of their product/service
2. Quality of their customer service.

I don’t care how cheap or how the quality is, if their customer service sucks, I’ll go else where. Even though it’ll mean paying more or getting less quality.

It’s devastating when companies show no concern about the problems customers face in dealing with their products/service.

So your disgust is apt! And these companies should be boycotted.
