And you make a lot of sense. Everything you said, was scriptural too.
I’d just like to add, that the cross, which is the death of Jesus Christ, symbolises a few things; most being spiritual. First, it symbolises the fulfilment and restoration of the prophesy and events of the garden of Eden.
Bridging the gap between man, and God. This we would understand better when we truly come to understand the meaning and symbolism of the temple of God and its three parts as it appears in the old testament.
And also, the book of revelation, of the Lamb being the only One worthy of opening the book.
Also again, the need of us having a better High Priest after the order of Melchizedek.
My point is, the cross signifies not the end, but the beginning of a new testament as the prophets of old, majorly Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Jeremiah prophesied.
