Grammarly — Good News For Safari Users.
Apple users can now ditch Chrome if they want.
Grammarly is the writer's best friend. I can’t imagine how awful or how arduous writing and editing would be if it wasn't for programs like Grammarly.
However, for such a very long time, the Grammarly extension seemed to work on all browsers except Apple’s Safari.
I didn't really understand why despite the many google search I made.
So Apple users had to rely on google chrome to use Medium.
But with the recent updates being rolled out, Apple had finally resolved the issue. Though am not sure when this update was released since I haven't really tried to use Medium again on Safari.
But last night I got the update notification for my Safari on my Macbook Air running Big Sur Os. After the update, I decided to try it out. And voila… Grammarly is working perfectly on the Medium website.
But in order to use this Grammarly on your Mac, you need Safari version 12 or newer.
Apple users can finally write and use Grammarly in their edit just like it is on çhrome.
This fix is really great. As an Apple user with all my data and information on iCloud, Safari makes it easier to access sites since my login details are already saved in it.
If you’re a Mac user and have been waiting to be able to use Medium on your MacBook, congratulations.
