50 Articles, 30 Days: How Much Earned?
A review of my November on Medium
This is my 50th article.
The most I’ve written in a single month.
A milestone worth celebrating.
Champagne-worthy, perhaps.
But truth be told, there’s little to celebrate.
I returned to Medium in mid-October after a long break, determined to revive my writing career. In November, I committed fully. Three articles a day, if possible. Write. Edit. Publish. Repeat.
If only it were that simple.
Starting Rusty
After nearly a year without writing, I knew the beginning would be rough. I was out of practice. Rusty. But I didn’t let that deter me. Why? Because I love writing.
For four years, writing has been my passion. It’s what I do. Not for the money, though it’s nice when it comes, but because it fulfills me.
Medium has been a big part of that journey. I’ve met amazing people here — like Michael Thompson, a giant on the platform. Together, we crafted stories that soared, breaking records on my stats page.
I’ve been featured in top publications: The Ascent, Mind Cafe, The Writing Cooperative, P.S. I Love You. Those were the good days.
